Julie has been training women 50+ for over 10 years. She has a strong interest in learning about and implementing effective strengthening exercises for women with and wanting to prevent osteoporosis. She is passionate about helping women exercise to strengthen their bodies without aches and pains in their joints and muscles.

She is a wife, mom of 2, co-owner of Muscle Activation Schaumburg in Schaumburg, IL, and is the co-host of the Exercise is Health® podcast.

She sees every day that muscle strengthening for women is the key to physical independence, strength, and confidence.
